Default Outlook 2007 displaying all received html messages in plain text

Hello,

I need help on this subject.

Outlook 2007 is displaying all received html messages in plain text. I went
to TOOLS-TRUST CENTER -EMAIL SECURITY and made sure the the option to read
all mails in plain text is not checked.

What can I do to make outlook display received html messages in html format
and not in plain text?

Thanks

Which folder are you looking in? Junk mail folder will always be plain text.

Daine,

The problem is in the INBOX folder. All new messages are displayed as plain
text even they were sent as HTML format.

Has it always done this? Did you try running Office Diagnostics (Help
menu) It's possible your mail is being forced to plain text at the
server.

In addition to the other comments, make sure you are NOT scanning messages
with antivirus or
-spam applications. Does the same problem happen if you start Outlook with
/safe?

I changed the font to the defaults value and everything is fine now.
To change the font go to Tools-Options-Mail Format-Stationery and fonts

Very odd. I wouldn't think the choice of fonts would matter.
