For some reason none of my contact has permission to edit their contact

...forgot to mention that i would like the users to be able to change
their own personal info, if its possible. |

Normally, only someone with permission to change items in Active Directory can edit a user record, and they must do it in ADU&C. See http://www.slipstick.com/exs/updategal.htm for tools to make that capability available to end users.
