Default Access to macros in Outlook email keeps disappearing.

Hi,

I keep having to click the Developer tab in the message window, access
Macro Security, and reset all permissions so that my macros can run.
I need to restart Outlook so that works again, and then next time I
try, it's broken again, even if Outlook has been running the whole
time.

How can I solve this?

Thank you.
