Hi ,
I am using Ms outlook 2007 with exchange server 2003 . I have created a rule in Outlook to redirect all my incoming emails to external address e.g . However if someone sends me email , in my hotmail account I can only see email coming from sender. If sender has sent email to multiple Recipient , I can not see the list people who have been CCd or other Recipient list in TO field. Is this by design ? Is there way to fix it ? Thanks |

You would need to forward as attachment to keep the other recipients on the
message. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Thansk for the reply. but when I do fw in my hotmail account I see all my
emails coming from my exchange account instead of coming from original sender . I do see an attachment that has original sender and mail. I believe this is because I am doing fw against redirecting right ??? Is there a way to preserve original sender ? Thanks "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... Use the attachment, not the forward. I usually drag it off the forward and
into a folder then delete the forwarded message. This allows me to reply as if the message was sent to me. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
