Hi,
I have been using outlook 2003 for the last couple of years. I have until recently has it synched with a POP Gmail account. I recently added an exchange server account, set it as the default account, and its all working. The problem is that now email from my Gmail account appears in my Exhange account inbox. And in turn this is copied to the remote server of the exhange account. What I would prefer is for this not to happen and ideally that email would only appear in the inbox of the relevant accounts. Are there any ways of doing this? (I would settle for all mail to appear in one inbox on outlook but would not want all my gmail mail to be copied onto the remote exhange server). I hope this makes sense. Cheers, Nick |

Hi Nick,
Create Outlook profiles, one for your Exchange connection and the other one for your GMail account (right-click Outlook icon, properties, show profiles...); and click to select "Prompt for a profile...". Regards, Luuke |
