Rules and Alerts dialogue box disappears
I'm at wit's end with this problem and could sure use some help. I had my
Outlook 2003 rules and alerts working great for some time, then out of the blue, when I click on Tools Rules and Alerts, the dialogue box appears for about a half second then disappears. Consequently, I can't make changes or view my rules. I've repaired and reinstalled the installation to no avail. Any suggestions out there? Thanks for any input Jeff
