Default "To:" dropdown list, Outlook 2003

Hi all,

When I create a new email and type a character in the To: field, I get a
dropdown list of possible recipients. Presumably, the list contains names
of people I have emailed to in the past. Many of these "possible
recipients" have left the company years ago. How do I get rid of the
obsolete entries?
