How do I set up Outlook 2003 for "inner office" email?

It seems that the email account options in Outlook 2003 do not include "Microsoft Mail" which is used in the other outlook express/outlook setups to allow for "inter office" email. Any assistance would help greatly and would be greatly appreciated.
