Not recieveing emails on 2 out of 3 accounts

In the "Advanced" tab, "Internet E-mail Settings" (via Accounts), what do you have for "Leave a copy of messages on the server" (checked or unchecked)? I have it checked for all my accounts. However if I uncheck it for then I still get 3 copies of my email (or 2 if I disable one of the support accounts). I don't get any emails on either support account. I've just tried deleting one of th support accounts and adding it back on but that doesn't help either. Getting duplicates is anoying but not getting my support emails is a killer. Thunderbird works but doesn't have all the features of outlook.
