My Archive file has reached its limit (arrpoximetly 1.8 GB). How can I make
more than 1 archive file? How can I access them? Thanks!!! |

Close the current one if it's open by right clicking on the root of it and
choosing Close. Then you can create a fresh one using the File menu New Outlook Data File command. Set that as the default archive file he Tools menu Options Other Auto Archive.
