outlook Archieve Files

My Archive file has reached its limit (arrpoximetly 1.8 GB). How can I make
more than 1 archive file? How can I access them?

Close the current one if it's open by right clicking on the root of it and
choosing Close. Then you can create a fresh one using the File menu New
Outlook Data File command. Set that as the default archive file he Tools
menu Options Other Auto Archive.

size limit only been applicable to an ansi fromat file
