Hello there,
My Outlook 2003 seems much slower then Outlook 2000 what I had before and more IO intensive on my computer. Is there any way to speed it up? Does it matter the exchange server verison back end? Thank you, T |

and more IO intensive on my computer. Is there any way to speed it up? Does it matter the exchange server verison back end? Thank you, T Did you change your hardware as well? Every version of Outlook is a little more hardware intensive than the last, so it's not entirely surprising that 2003 might be slower than 2000. How does your system stack up to the hardware requirements? What happens if you start Outlook in safe mode by going to Start - Run and running outlook /safe? -- f.h. Microsoft Outlook MVP |
