Default Outlook rule

Hello

I have a rule in Outlook created:
"After sending a message
on account "account name"
and only on this computer
a copy of it in the folder "folder name" move "

I have this rule in my outlook twice, once for my private and once for my
business emails (exchange). In my private e-mails (Pop3) the rule works quite
well.
In my business e-mails it usually works only when "Send" an e-mail, while I
“forward” and “answers” an email it does not. How can I make that rule for
business e-mails also for the "forward" and the "answers" will also be
applied?
What should I do the emails which go through this rule also will be marked
as read?

Thanks for your help
Stefan
