File - Open
Browse to the old .pst file.
You'll get the e-mails. You won't get the accounts (just recreate
them).

You'll need to change permissions on the %userprofile% for the old
account to allow you access to them under your new account (unless your
new account is an admin-level account in which case you can take
ownership of the old .pst file).
