Outlook 2007
Many times (not every time) when I open Outlook 2007 it goes directly to
"reconfiguration" which takes about 60 or so seconds. It almost always happens after a computer restart and many times just when restarting Outlook. Any ideas how to fix?

Is this Outlook/Office 2007 an upgrade? Parallel installation?

Outlook 2007
Using Outlook Peo 2007 12.0.6316.5000 12.0.6320.5000.
Almost always receive "Please wait while setup prepares the necessary files" and then "Configuration Progress". Ihave not run Diagnostics as I do not know how to do so. I have inspected the installation disc files but do not see anything there. Thank you for resounding, I really hope you can come up with an answer. Sorry, this was not an upgrade disc purchase but did install over 2003 many months ago. Also I have just reloabed the whole system after deleting it through install/uninstall.
