All functions were completed. The test message appeared in Internet Explorer but not in OUTLOOK's inbox. If I created a test message addressed to myself it does not appear in OUTLOOK's inbox. Only in IE. I did receive another spam email at 10:15AM, about 25 minutes ago that appeared in my OUTLOOK inbox but not in IE. -- Asking a question? If you're accessing the same mailbox at Yahoo with IE and with Outlook, there's simply NO WAY that Outlook could receive a message of any kind, spam or otherwise, and not have had it appear in the server's Inbox (or in the case of Yahoo and depending on your SpamGuard settings, the Spam folder instead). EVERYTHING filters through that mailbox. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

This problem is not unique to my primary computer.
I set up this same email account at ATT. YAHOO. COM on another computer that never had an email account. The account was successfully installed and succeeded logging in and sending the test message. The test message did not appear on that computer's OUTLOOK inbox nor did it appear on this machine's inbox. However it did appear on IE ATT/ Yahoo mail. I becoming paranoid...I think they want me to see all the ads they publish. My conclusion is that this problem has nothing to do with OUTLOOK and is a YAHOO mail problem. "Sid9" wrote in message ... In ordinary Yahoo accounts you have to do that. In Yahoo webmail it's in Settings-POP and Forwarding... -- Asking a question?
