Default News Button in Outlook 2003

I have OL 2003 and I have added a button on the toolbar to open the OL News
reader (which I know is just OE). Anyway, whenever I click that button it
now opens a folder he C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033
instead of opening OE. Why and how do I fix this?

Open Internet Explorer and click ToolsInternet OptionsPrograms. Make sure
"Outlook Express" in in the "Newsgroups" drop-down.

Default News Button in Outlook 2003

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.

You may need to reset the menu or toolbar using Tools, customize.
