Default Problem: Outlook 2003 will not shutdown. Processes still running

Hello,

When I shut down Outlook 2003 the icon stays in the taskbar. Looking at
Process Manager Outlook.exe and WinWord.exe are still running and need to be
shutdown manually.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank in Advance

I'm glad you found the culprit. The iTunes Outlook add-in is to allow you
to sync your iPod or iPhone to Outlook.
