Default outlook 2003

Hallo,

I hav e a exchange 2003 servers with outlookk 2000 and outlook 2003 clients.
When i make a new user with mailbox on my server, my outlook 2000 clients
can immediatelly selct the new users in the exchange global address list.
The outlook 2003 clients have to wait a long time before they can see the
new users.

Why ?

Thanx,
