Hi
I am running Office 2000. I am having a problem with some emails being classed as Junk that are not. I am trying to add these email addressess to "Safe Senders List" . When I check Outlook it appears that is Outlook 2003!! When I go to Actions - Junk Email I only have the options to add email addressess to Adult Senders List or Junk email List but no safe senders list. Does anyone know how I can do this. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA |

Go to Help, About - what is the exact version # (x.xxxx.xxxx format)
If it is outlook 2000, the options you see are correct. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Many thanks for your reply it is much appreciated. It looks like Outlook
2000 then it has SP3 next to it, which I have obviously mistaken for Outlook 2003 - so it is Outlook 2000, silly me. Any idea how I can overcome this problem. I am with BT Openworld and BT removes spam which I can check on BT Yahoo web based email. But I have had problems with emails bouncing back to the sender so these are not even reaching the spam folder. Any help would be great. Saxon "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... Are you using any 3rd party mail scanner? If so, you'll need to whitelist
addresses in it, otherwise, try sue's rules instead of the lame Outlook 2000 method.
