Default Why are times of e-mails in my inbox off by 3 hours?

I just installed outlook and the e-mails that are in my inbox are off by
exactly three hours. Sent messages are accurate. Weird.

Check your computers' timezone setting, if that's wrong then you'll get
the wrong time showing up in various places.

Yes. Go try it, it's one of Outlook's less charming design limitations,
especially when combined with the inability to tie an all-day
appointment to a specific day.

Not true for Outlook 2003 and earlier. It is true for Outlook 2007, I
believe.

Not true for Outlook 2003 and earlier. It is true for Outlook 2007, I
believe.


I tested both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003, both update the system
timezone when you change the timezone in Outlook. Both also update the
displayed timezone in Outlook when the system's timezone has changed.
