I just installed outlook and the e-mails that are in my inbox are off by
exactly three hours. Sent messages are accurate. Weird. |

It is true for Outlook 2007, I believe. I tested both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003, both update the system timezone when you change the timezone in Outlook. Both also update the displayed timezone in Outlook when the system's timezone has changed. |
