Default Phone Message? Folder Customization?

My office is switching from GroupWise to Outlook. Is there a phone message
form for outlook that I can download from somewhere?

Also, outlook will not save my viewing preferences. Example, when I tell it
not to group inbox messages, if I switch folders and then go back, outlook
changes the view back to the default. What could be the cause?

Any help would be appreciated.
