You either have a PST file or an Exchange mailbox. Both would work the same,
neither can search across mail stores. A search folder in an Exchange mailbox can only search in that mailbox. In a PST a search folder can only search in that PST. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "JCO" wrote in message news ![]() I'm not sure I understand your response. My wife posted this issue. It is my desktop computer, running Outlook 2003 that is working correctly. Her laptop (and a co-worker) is having the problem. But now that you mentioned the PST file, it brings up a point. I know I have a PST file. I don't know if she does. If she is configured differently and does NOT have a PST file, will hers work the same? |
