I check her laptop to see how it was configured.
She does use the PST as oppose to the Exchange Server. We are still at a lost as to why her laptop (and co-worker) cannot flag a follow-up as I can do on my desktop computer. If she is configured differently and does NOT have a PST file, will hers work the same? |

Again, are these items with flags in the same PST file as the search folder?
Are you definitely referring to flagged items and not just items with reminders set on them? Are these mail items?
