If you do that then you should (if I remember correctly) be given the option to either export all folders or selected folders. You should always do it this way anyway, because if you import in Outlook, the modified date of all the imported messages changes to the date of import. -- Asking a question? Please tell us the version of the application you are asking about, your OS, Service Pack level and the FULL contents of any error message(s) |

When you export from OE there is an option to export everything or selected
folders. You want selected folder. In OE - go to file menu, import and export, export messages, to exchange. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. That's what I did wrong. I was IMPORTING from O2K instead of EXPORTING from OE!! Too funny!!! No wonder. Brilliant, just did that and it works. Wow, amazing how I lived for so long with all the emailing problems regarding a secondary email program besides O2K! With some tweaking of OE locations and settings, OE is taking care of things quite well. I'm very pleased. Thanks so very much! |
