I would like to find all the messages that I sent to a particular email
address. I can click on the "To" column and it sort on that field. However, the "To" column does not have all the items to a particular email address labeled the same. For example, I sent things to an email address . The "To" column has these messages listed under and "Elizabeth Smith". It took me a while to discover this. At first I thought a bunch of emails were lost. Now if I want to find all the messages to an email address I have to be sure I have all the ways it is listed in "To". Also, I have to switch around when looking through the emails. Anyone know a solution to this problem? Thanks, Huck |

you can either use advanced find, a search folder or a custom view with the
from address exposed. See http://www.slipstick.com/exs/customfields.htm to expose the from address. If you use adv find or a search folder, put the address in the from field on the General tab of the filter. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
