Default How do I delete the Event Planner Reminder from my task bar? Please!

I use Windows XP and yesterday when starting up, a yellow rectangular item
with a pin is showing showing up on my taskbar. It says it is an Event
Planner Reminder. I went to Outlook 2003, options and deleted all the X
marks. I do not know what this is and I want it deleted. Can someone kindly
tell me how to do this?
Thanks so much...
