Did this just started happening?
My Outlook 2003 was working fine. Today, MS Updates installed two updates for Outlook dated March 14. Now I cannot send/receive. I uninstalled both updates and now it's working OK. There were actually 6 or so updates in the batch. It seems the two related to Outlook caused a problem.
