Default Lose Signature

Hello,

I have a domain policy for signatures, in clients outlook 2003, and it works
fine.

But in some contexts, some users lose the signature, the solution is simple:
in the client open the menu tools/options/Mail Format, and close it.
When the client create a new message the signature is well.

Thanks
