Click on View and select Phone Lists. This presents them all in horizontal
linear form. If you want them arranged alphabetically by email address just click on the E-mail legend at the top of that column. If you want them arranged alphabetically by first name click on Full Name at the top of that column. If you want them alphabetically by last name click on File As at the top of that column. That do it for you? (This assumes you have entered the information in that order). As for special folders, right click on whatever entry you want them to be a sub-folder off, choose New Folder and name it what you want. It is too detailed to tell you how to move or copy them in this newsgroup. Read the Help files. "deckboater" wrote in message ... I've imported contacts from Outlook Express and everything is OK. I know my contacts by their email address as they all have the name of their company in the email address. Can I display them by email address? I also want to create folders of the different companies and move contacts into the company folders. |
