After upgrading from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003 it fails to perform
advanced searches by right clicking shortcuts pointing to containers from inside mailboxes other than the default Exchange mailbox. This behaviour cannot be reproduced if you first select and open an item directly from the folder list or through its shortcuts. It seems that Outlook only sign on in Exchange Server if we actually select and open an specific mailbox. This sign on process used to be automatically done in all mailboxes by the time we opened the previous versions of Outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated. CZorzella |
