Background:
I am using Outlook 2003 but syncing with my iPhone via MobileMe. If I look at my calendar on the MobileMe website or on my iPhone, I get really nice views with the various sub-calendars I have created and a master view of everything on one calendar. E.g. I can turn-off my Athletic Club calendar to make the fitness class times disappear. I can turn-off my personal calendar to only see my business appts. When the sync occurs, the sub-calendars that I created in MobileMe are created in Outlook and the items are perfectly in sync. If I create an appt. on my iPhone, it will appear within a few minutes both online and in my Outlook calendar. All is good from a syncing perspective. So, what's missing? There is no apparent way to make a combined view calendar in Outlook 2003, that I can tell. Question: Is there a way to make a "roll-up" or "combined view" calendar in Outlook that displays the items from all sub-calendars so that it functions like the main calendar in MobileMe and on the iPhone calendar? |
