Default Hosted Exchange

We have just signed up with a hosted exchange through GoDaddy. The mailboxes
are set up, but we are having trouble seeing each other's (2 of us)
computers. Periodically, I am getting an error message that says :
Task (1)' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The operation
failed. An object cannot be found.'
GoDaddy says it's an Outlook issue. Hopefully someone in this group has an
answer for me. I don't know what the error code means, so I don't know what
to try to do to correct it.

It's a problem with your offline address book. See
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905813.

Hello Diane: Thanks for the link to the KB article. I'm a bit confused
though. We don't have an exchange server on site and the instructions seem
to be geared towad server settings..or am I missing something? Is there an
Exchange Management Console setting in Outlook somewhere?

No, the EMC is on the server. If you don't have access to it you'll need to
tell godaddy to rebuild the offline address book.

you can always check it's indeed a OAB error by loging into OWA and
check your address book, if it's there, then the problem most likely
is in your outlook. In outlook, goto tools send/receive download
address book to start a manual download of your address book.
