Actually, I'm kind of flying blind on this one. I have 2002 and my client has the 2000 and there is just enough difference between the two, it makes it very difficult to walk them through. So if it was 2002, then the answer would be ToolsEmail Accountscheck "View or change existing e-accounts"NextHighlight email account and select ChangeMore SettingsAdvancedMake sure the box under "Delivery" beside "Leave a copy of messages on the server" is unchanged. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "BG" wrote in message ... In corp., it's tools, services, select account name, click Properties, Advanced tab of dialog. I have no idea in Internet mode. Thanks Diane:
I appreciate your help. I did make one final call and we got it worked out. I ran some more queries in the Microsoft Knowledge Base under Outlook 2000. Although I didn't come up with a definitive answer there, the customer did stubmle into the right place while we talked on the phone. Anyway, thanks again.
