Hi,

User's outlook crashes simultaneously.
Environment: Windows XP SP3, Outlook 2007 (latest updates and Hotfixes for
outlook and office suite), CRM 3.0 add-in (rollup 3), Symantec Antivirus
(E-mail scanning not installed).

Tried multiple ways figuring out what is causing this behaviour of outlook
but no luck, outlook just keeps crashing.

-Repairing Outlook - Didn't work
-Re-Installing Outlook - Didn't work
-Removing Symantec & Re-Installing it w/out Email Scanning - Didn't work
-Distributing new workstation and setting new user profile - Didn't work
-Installing Office Suite updates, and fixes - Didn't work

Somehow i think the error is related to MSCRM add-in for outlook. Just
before it crashes, it stamps information about MSCRMTracing and right after
that it crashes. Interesting enough I happen to have Xobni add-in for outlook
but never experienced a crash, but don't have mscrm.

Any solutions, please help? Thanks in advance.
