Default Outlook help please!

you can either do a mail merge or use a distribution list in the BCC field.
if you do a DL you can set it to send at a later date.

I am no expert on outlook, but I have been asked if there is a way to:
1. put maybe 100 emails into a folder, already addressed and ready to go.
2. Then at the appointed date, send them all
3. Each email will go to a different school district but they all need to
go
out on the same date at basically the same time. Could we pull an address
book of all the school districts in that area, make each say basically the
same thing (like a form letter) with a different address on each, then
send
them all at once? Thanks so much!!!
