Using Windows XP and Office 2007
I have a distribution list in my Outlook Contacts that I want to copy and paste into a Word Document. The Outlook window shows me the name and email address of everyone in the distribution list, and I want to have that information in a hard copy. The only thing I have been able to do so far is take a screen print in Outlook and paste it into Word. Is there some way to copy and paste the group information so that I can edit it in Word for a different purpose?? And as long as I'm asking, is there any way to copy that distribution list off one computer and paste it into the Outlook Contacts of another computer? |
