Hi,
I'm working on a Windows XP box that's in a Windows 2003 AD Domain. It's running Outlook 2003 against Exchange 2003. Things were fine until I moved a user to a new computer. She normally views a few different resource account calendars (conference rooms, lcd projectors, etc). I go into the account properties and under advanced properties I set Outlook to automatically open these other account files. When she is on the Mail tab, she sees the mailbox for the resource accounts, but under Calendar, one of them doesn't show up. It did when I first set it up, but within an hour she did something to close or delete it and now I can' make it appear. I've tried using File/Open/Another User's Folder but that doesn't help. Is there some kind of view cache that might be corrupt? I need to get her calendar views back somehow. Oh, and it all worked fine with the old machine, which was also Windows XP and Office 2003, so I don't think it's a permission issue. Thanks, Mark |
