how do i know when an email arrives in Outlook? Tools | Options | Settings | E-mail options | Advanced E-Mail options There you find the section "When new items arrive in my inbox" where you have several options to choose. PS: Please use in future the body of the posting for your question, not the subject line. -- Best Regards Christian Goeller MVP - MS Outlook http://www.outlookfaq.net |
