I have a windows XP pro fully patched system, runnig Office 2007 with all
updates, Word prints fine, Outlook just prints one chaaracter on one page
so a small sized email wants loads of pages and prints rubbish?

Any idea's?

If you select FilePrint does it produce the expected options / setup in the
print window?

when I get that, the printer is screwed up and I need to clean the printer
memory. But on the chance that it is outlook, find and delete the outlprnt
file and restart outlook.

Turned out to be a corrupt profile login on the client, deleted it,
recreated the login on the client and hey presto it worked.
