We have a SBS 2003 with exchange. Some of out users have an e-mail adress on
the exchange server and an pop3 e-mail adress outside the server. They all have a signature to both account and the signatures changes if you change the account. One of the users have a problem. When she creates a new e-mail, the signature of the default e-mail account is written in the mail. But when she changes the e-mail account, the signature does not change as is should and as is does on the other users. Can someone explain that? Regards Jens |

Using Outlook 2003? That feature only works when you have Word set as the

Hello
We are using Outlook 2003 but did not use word as email editor. I have now changed that but now we have another problem. The signature for the default account appears. When I change the account the signature disappears and when I change back to the default account nothing happens? Regards Jens "Roady [MVP]" t skrev i en meddelelse ... Using Outlook 2003? This is because you don't have a signature configured for both accounts.
Basically what you do is "signature switching". However, if there is no signature defined for you other account, then it can't switch signatures anymore. Set a signature for the other account as well and it should work. A blank signature will do. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "JensC" wrote in message ...
