Default Outlook meetings

Hi there,
I am using Outlook 2003. Sometimes when I update an invitation to a
meeting, by adding a few files, I am getting the meeting cancelled,
recipients receive a cancelled message although I clicked an Update.
Is there a possible solution for this? Thank you, T
