I installed Office Small Business on Vista, set up outlook with no problems
then today it when I try to open Outlook I get the error message "Cannot
start Microsoft office Outlook Cannot Open the Outook Window" I have tried
reinstalling the software but no luck. I have not completely unistalled and
then reinstalled I don't want to lose my outlook email and contacts that I
spent all day putting in yesterday. Any suggestions?

Try recreating your Outlook profile. Here's a how-to:

Just backup .pst files from this location
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. Then reinstall office &
restore tese files you will not loose your cantacts & emails
