Has any one ever heard of Outlook 2K3 creating a profile on its own. I
have a user on my network that has had outlook create a profile in his account. Here is basically what happens. User logs in launches Outlook. Sets up his profile for the first time, call it Outlook. User gets into his mailbox and everything beautifully. After the user logs out and then logs back in, he launches Outlook again. Now there are 2 profiles, the aforementioned Outlook and an Outlook backup. The original profile is now also not even pointing at our exchange server, but another server in our Domain. This is one of the weirdest things that I have ever seen. Does any one have any clue what could/would cause this? |

Ask the user to set up his Outlook on a different computer and then open
Outlook. Once the account has been setup restart and then check. it might be because of some user settings on his domain Sharath wrote in message ups.com... We attempted that already. We also deleted the server side profile so
basically he was a new user on the domain. It is very very perplexing. |
