Outlook 2007 - Windows XP
I want to print them to a "file", not hard copies. There are 350 of them. I want to be able to delete the extra information contained in each one (recapped prior emails leading up to a particular response) and would love to be able to do it in Word (2007) or WordPerfect (dirty word). When I try to print to a file, the program freezes.....probably because I have so many emails that I'm working with. "Duncan McC" wrote in message ... In article , says... Would Save as, text work for you? Select all, then file, save as... you can
either open the text file in the editor of your choice or copy and paste the contents of the text file into the editor. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Jan Groshan" wrote in message ... THAT DID IT ! Thanks. Now I just have to go through the entire 350+ emails
and delete the repeats (when replying, sometimes there are 4 or 5 .... or more .... emails behind the response). "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... Would Save as, text work for you?
