Default The Action menu on toolbar is not there?

I just got the new software the other day and must have done SOMETHING to one
of the toolbars because the "Action" feature has dissapeared? Oddly the only
things i have on this toolbar are the following..File, Edit,View,Tools and
TWO "New Mail Messages" and the Help option?? I have already tried going to
customizeToobarsReset AND I even tried adding the Action option and/or
rearrange commands but alas it didnt work! ANY guidance AT ALL would be
GREATLY appreciated!!!

Sounds like you have customized your Toolbar.
An easy reset to default can be achieved by renaming outcmd.dat to .old
