Default Broadband disconnected while sending mails via outlook express

Broadband always disconnected while sending mails via outlook express
It always dropped line and I need to right click to restore
connection. Moreover, for few other applications like clicking on
words ( answers online dictionary/meaning ), I get diconnections
sometimes.

is there any solution?
