I just converted from 2000 to Outlook 2003.
My automatic signature insertion will not work when I am forwarding a link or page from Internet Explorer. BTW: It does work when sending, replaying, or forwarding emails from outlook. Any help will be greatly appreciated -- GregB |

... My automatic signature insertion will not work when I am forwarding a link or page from Internet Explorer. That's because the Mail button in IE (and any other application) uses Simple MAPI, which does not have access to the signature routines. Add the signature manually (with the Signature button) when the message window appears. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Thank You Brian. The funny thing is that in Outlook 2000 it did work
automatically. Secondly, I cannot find a button to click --just the pull down menu...and it inserts the signature without my preferred colored fonts. -- GregB "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "GregB" wrote in message ... Did you use IMO mode? It may have worked in it because it uses simple mapi
but outlook corp mode has never inserted signatures when you use the file, send menus. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "GregB" wrote in message ...
