Transfering Accounts From One Machine to Another

Is that anything that will move all of a users Outlook settings (rules, accounts, etc) from Windows XP to Windows 7 or should I just tell them to stay on XP? I think in 2007, that rules are contained in the pst file. If that's correct, then all you will need to re-do manually is the Email account.
