Default "From ISO-8859-1" etc

Hi all

Im trying to help my friends father (im sure you all know the drill...).
When he sends a mail to someone using Outlook, his "senders-name" appears
very strange, on the reciever side. When he sends me an e-mail, its comming
from "From:
=?ISO-8859-1?q?=20=22Valdbj=F8rn=20Christensen=22=20=3Cvaldbj oern=40?=
=?ISO-8859-1?q?post3=2Etele=2Edk=3E?="

I checked his settings in mail accounts, and it appeared ok.

What is wrong?

Bst rgds.
